Large balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: fridge without freezer. In a hamlet, outside the resort, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, traffic calmed area, 400 m from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Bread roll service possible on request. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant 100 m, cafe 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 10 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, skisport facilities 400 m, ski bus stop 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochoetz 400 m, Kuhtai 7 km, Solden 35 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Stausee Kuhtai 7 km, Piburger See 14 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Oetz und Kuhtai. The children's playground "Ochsengartl" and a stream to relax are only 300 m away from the house.
