Small kitchen (6 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, grill, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. Walk-through room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 1 bunk beds, shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Walk-through room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. In the centre St. Leonhard, 17 km from the centre of Wenns, 28 km from the centre of Imst. Private: patio, garden furniture, fireplace. In the house: lounge, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 10 cars) on the premises.
