Modern apartment block, 2 storeys. In the centre of Ramsau, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 350 m from the skiing area. In the house: central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Supermarket 350 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 240 m, cafe 50 m, bicycle rental 100 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station 8 km, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km, sports centre 300 m, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m, cable car 9 km, ski lift 350 m, ski rental, ski school, children's ski school, cross country ski track 100 m.
