Renovated in 2022, tasteful and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and shower. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave) with dining table. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: bath/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed, shower/WC and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 2 balconies, large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, sauna. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Cot possible on request only within the maximum number of people (10 people). On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area. Private: large garden 900 m2, meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna, relaxation room, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Grocery 700 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km, swimming bay 5 km. Golf course 7 km, cable car, ski lift, ski rental, ski bus stop, ski school 300 m, cross country ski track 5 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (included). Ski bus (free of charge).
