Shop, supermarket 250 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 350 m, railway station "Schladming" 700 m, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 900 m, bathing lake "Pichl" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, minigolf 10 m, walking paths from the house, mountain railway, ski lift, slopes 800 m. Nearby attractions: Stadtpfarrkirche 100 m, Stadtmuseeum Schladming 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Planai. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
