Exit to the balcony. Oil heating. Carpet. 5 balconies. Balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6). Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. In the district of Assach 6 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, 6 km from the centre of Grobming, 12 km from the centre of Schladming, in the residential district. For shared use: well-kept garden 800 m2 with lawn and plants. Patio, pergola, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises.
