Electric heating. Large balcony, terrace. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Please note: 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Private: natural state property 500 m2 with meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 8 km, restaurant 3 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course 5 km, tennis 8 km, mountain railway 11 km, skisport facilities 11 km, cross country ski track 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 11 km, Ski Amade Ramsau 9 km, Planai 11 km. Hiking paths: Ramsauer Almplateau 100 m. NOTE: Schladming-Dachstein SUMMER CARD INCLUDED.
