Small, cosy cottage "Hubner", 980 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and meadows. 2.5 km from the centre of Grobming, on the outskirts, 7 km from the centre of Stein an der Enns, 23 km from the centre of Schladming, on a slope, in the residential district, 100 m from the edge of the forest, in the countryside.
Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: 1 room with 1 double bed. Open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 50 - 200 cm with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, dining nook, satellite TV and wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Parquet floors, carpet. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: baby cot, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. Private: garden 500 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden. Terrace, garden furniture. 1 km long bumpy motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 2.3 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 6.5 km, bathing lake "Aich" 6 km.
