"Pilz II (SLD510)", 9-room house 220 m2 on 3 levels. Large, rustic cottage "Pilz II", 900 m a.s.l., surrounded by meadows. 3 km from the centre of Schladming, 1 km from the centre of Rohrmoos-Untertal, in a secluded, sunny position on a slope, in the countryside.


Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, dining nook, satellite TV, hi-fi system and tiled stove. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with small dining table, dining nook. Bath/shower, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: walk-through room with 2 beds. Open interconnecting room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, hand-basin and shower. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and hand-basin. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Oil heating. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and Schladming. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 1.5 km long steep, narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises.
