For shared use: well-kept garden (not fenced). Barbecue, children's playground. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Bread roll service. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant, cafe 900 m, bus stop 200 m. Nearby attractions: Abenteuer Park Grobming 14 km.
