Large balcony, south facing position and, east facing position. Marvellous view of the mountains, the ski run and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 100 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 500 m. Golf course 2 km, indoor tennis centre 400 m, skisport facilities 800 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 800 m, cross country ski track, ice field 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gschwandtkopf 800 m, Rosshutte 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wildsee 1.5 km, Moserer See 5 km. Hiking paths: Alpenpark Karwendel. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The house ideally located! In height with a magnificent view, but with all the amenities of nearby Seefeld, only a few minutes walk.
