Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates) with dining table. Shower/WC. Large balcony, south facing position. Panoramic view. Facilities: safe, hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. NB: if this apartment is being booked together with the double room AT6450.200.3, maximum occupancy is 5 people in total. (due to accomodation reasons). On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre of Zwieselstein, 4 km from the skiing area. For shared use: terrace. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Parking. Grocery 4 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 20 m, railway station 70 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km, thermal baths "Aqua Dome Langenfeld" 18 km.
