"Lunapart (SOE095)", 2-room apartment 27 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable apartment block "Lunapart", surrounded by trees and meadows. 4 apartments in the property. 200 m from the centre of Solden, 84 km from the centre of Innsbruck, on a slope, directly by the skiing area.
Modern furnishings: 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen-/living room (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, 1 sofabed, TV and radio. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Carpet. Facilities: safe, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. For shared use: natural state property with meadow. In the house: lounge, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service and beverage service. Parking on the premises. Shop, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, indoor swimming pool 150 m. Mountain railway, slopes 200 m, cross country ski track 500 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Included in the rental price: 1 daily entrance per person to the indoor pool and sauna at the "Freizeit Arena" Solden. Tennis court according to agreement.
