In the district of Moos 2.3 km from the centre of Solden, on the outskirts, 85 km from the centre of Innsbruck, on a slope, 1.4 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: property, meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, children's playground. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.9 km, supermarket 1.9 km, restaurant 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Mountain railway 1.4 km, ski lift 1.4 km, slopes 1.4 km, ski bus stop 50 m, cross country ski track 1.5 km.
