In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 150 m. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, cafe 300 m, indoor swimming pool 2.7 km. Mountain railway 1.5 km, ski lift 200 m, chair lift 150 m, slopes 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkogl. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Please note: The landlord allows pets in the period from the beginning of May to the end of October. Pets are not allowed in the other seasons.
