Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. The balcony on the first floor is at disposal. (for shared use). In the centre of Pettneu, in a central, sunny position, 6 km from the skiing area. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Linen change weekly. Parking at the house. Grocery 100 m, restaurant 50 m, indoor swimming pool 500 m. Tennis 6 km, sports centre 6 km, chair lift 5 km, gondola lift 5 km, ski bus stop, ski school 50 m, cross country ski track 300 m.
