Internet (WiFi, free). Garage. Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm. In a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house, communal covered parking. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Flaurling" 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gschwandkopf 18 km, Rosshutte 21 km, Kuhtai 36 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Moserer See 15 km, Badesee Mieming 16 km.
