Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. In the district of Bairbach 5 km from the centre of Telfs, 8.5 km from the centre of Seefeld in Tirol, 33 km from the centre of Innsbruck, on a slope, along the wooded area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 350 m2 with meadow. 450 m long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (14 steps) to the house. Parking at 20 m single garage. Supermarket 5 km. Ski lift 5.5 km, ski bus stop 450 m, cross country ski track 5.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Seefeld/Gschwandkopf 5.5 km.
