Living/sleeping room with 1 double bed and satellite TV. Open kitchen). Bath/bidet/WC. 2 balconies, 2 large terraces. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. The separate apartment on the ground floor is used by the owner. Private: small garden. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (for 3 cars, limited number of spaces) at the house. Grocery, restaurant 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Aqua Dome" 13 km, bathing lake 6 km. Ski lift 4 km, gondola lift 4 km, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 1 km, ice field 1 km. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park 'Area 47' in 15 km, Otzi-Dorf mit Greifvogelpark 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochotz 4 km, Solden 27 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Naturbadesee Piburg 7 km. Hiking paths: Stuibenfall 11 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Attention: limited usage of heating from the end of April to October.
