Shower/WC. Heating. Wooden floors. Balcony. Balcony furniture, sitting area. Marvellous view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. Above Oberau, in the district of Bichling, on the outskirts, 900 m from the centre of Oberau, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, along the wooded area. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop, grocery, supermarket 900 m, restaurant 500 m, bakery 900 m, bicycle rental, bus stop 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, mountain railway 4.5 km, gondola lift 4.5 km, slopes 4.5 km, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 600 m, ski school, children's ski school 950 m, cross country ski track 10 m, ice field, children's playground 950 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: SkiJuwel Alpbachtal - Wildschonau 4.5 km, Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental 15 km.
