Bright, fully renovated in 2022, very tasteful and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the loggia. Bath/shower. Heating. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. Gallery with library. Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Heating. Wooden floors. Balcony. Covered balcony, sitting area. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
