Open dining room. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the terrace. Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. Bath/WC. Top floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed and 1 double bed. Large terrace, garden. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, safe, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. First stack of firewood included, each further delivery extra. 50628-000385-2020 In the centre of Zell am See, in a sunny position, 300 m from the skiing area. Private: natural garden. Terrace (60 m2), barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Nearby attractions: Spielcasino 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittenhohe-Saalbach-Fieberbrunn 300 m, Areitbahn, Kaprun-Maiskogel-Kitzsteinhorn. Hiking paths: Schmittenhohe. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Please note: The house can be occupied by a maximum of 10 people in the winter season and 6 people in the summer, including babies and children!
