Description
New, modern and bright villa in Kilpisjarvi. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Direct views of Saanatunturi from the large windows and covered terrace! Local village services nearby. 430 km to the northwest from Rovaniemi, located in the village landscape of Kilpisjarvi, marina and boat ramp 1.3 km. There is also a shared lean-to shelter located in the area. Wooden villa, built in 2022. Living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, both with two beds, sauna, washroom/WC, utility room, separate WC and covered terrace. Guest needs to clean the apartment before leaving by following the cleaning instructions in the booking terms. Final cleaning service can also be booked as an additional service. Bed linen are available for rent. Neighbourhood is construction in autumn / winter 22-23. The destination is a brilliant base for active enthusiasts, families and people who like wilderness. On the same plot there is another cottage 15728 SAANA 3 and about 30 m's distance semidetached house 10788 SAANA 1 and 11917 SAANA 2. Large fells and the Kasivarsi wilderness area create excellent opportunities for a wide range of nature activities. Kilpisjarvi ski trail network and snowmobile trail network nearby. Distance to the illuminated ski trail is 300 m. There are many good trails for the day trips in the area. Kilpisjarvi nature center, Saanatunturi trail and Kalottireitti route 0,5 km, Malla nature park 7 km, boundary mark of three counties (Finland, Sweden and Norway) 15 km. Norway 15 km. Enontekio ice fishing week and "Only two fish ice fishing competition" in early May. Small game hunting area: 1613 Kasivarsi, fishing area: 1551 Enontekio wilderness (www.eraluvat.fi).
