Description
High-quality holiday villa, built in 2022, at a peaceful vantage point in Inari. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Great views of lake Rahajarvi from the large windows. Suits perfectly for both nature holidays and remote work. 15 km to the north from Ivalo, lake Rahajarvi 650 m, no own beach. Swimming possibility, boat ramp and lean-to shelter, distance along the road 3.2 km. Wooden villa. Sofa bed in the living room/kitchen, 2 motorized beds in the bedroom, beds width 90 cm, in the another bedroom 2 beds (width 90 cm), sauna, washroom and separate WC. Woodshed and campfire site. The fireplace in the cabin is not in use. The air source heat pump is also suitable for cooling. Electric standing desk in one bedroom. Washing machine with a drying functionality. In the washroom, in addition to the normal shower heads, there are also so-called rain showers. Two smart TVs: 65" and 55", smaller one in the bedroom just for streaming. Satellite channel package (65 channels) on the TV in the living room. PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The destination is surrounded by the forests of Inari communal forest. Small game hunting permits are available from the communal forest. Services of Ivalo (municipality center of Inari) 15 km. Inari 35 km. There are many places to visit in Inari like Sami museum, nature centre Siida and Sami culture centre Sajos. Saariselka 45 km.
