Description
170 km north of Rovaniemi, in Levi next to main hill and spa. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Apartment in an Alpine-style house on the second floor, the house is built in 2005. On the ground floor of the house there is a nightclub, so the music can be heard in the apartment when the night club is open. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen-living room, bedroom with 2 single beds, toilet and balcony. Upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds and balcony ensuite, sauna, shower room, loft with two single beds, an additional separate toilet. Apartment has 2 cable TVs (one in upstairs bedroom) and a ski waxing bench (to be used on the balcony). Cot = baby's travel bed. Car parking place and 1 heating socket. Final cleaning is included in the prices in September and during winter months. During May-August and October the final cleaning can be booked at an additional cost or done by the customer. Bright apartment in the center of Levi. From living room's balcony view to the spa and from upstairs bedroom's balcony vie to the main hill. On the ground floor of the house there is IHKUbaari. When you rent this apartment you will get IHKUbar bonus card. Bonus card is personal and applies to all aged 22 or over who live in the apartment. Benefits include: - Entry without queuing for all IHKU events (card does not include entry fees), additional information www.ihkubar.fi - Discounts on draft beer, draft cider and draft long drinks, the price of 5€ / pcs in 2018. Information on how to activate the bonus card can be found in the apartment. Music can be heard from the nightclub to the apartment when nightclub is open. We ask to take this into account when booking this apartment.
