Description
170 km north of Rovaniemi, in Katka part of Levi holiday resort. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
One half (apartment) of log-panelled semi-detached house unit 2002, living room/kitchen, bedroom double bed, bedroom (upstairs) 2 beds, sleeping loft 2 beds, balcony, sauna, washroom, WC, open porch. Equipment also includes internet-Tv, high chair and child’s travel bed. Construction site on the neighboring plot from spring 2022: groundwork week 20, putting up week 26 and interior work from week 35 until the end of the year. Comfortable apartment close to Levicentre, which is 2 km by road, 900 m by cycle path. Pets allowed, please add pet fee/fees 40 e/pet to Your reservation when You have a pet/pets with You. You can bring maximum 2 dogs. Nearest slope is Eturinne 2 km away. Restaurants, spa and other main services 1.5 - 2.5 km. Golf course 5.5 km.
