Description
170 km north of Rovaniemi, planed log cottage 1991, living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed downstairs, bedroom with 2 beds upstairs, sleeping loft (10m²) with 2 beds, washroom, sauna (electric stove), 2 open porches (12m² and 6m²). Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Steep stairs to loft. Lockable ski storage. End apartment of 3 in row house unit in Levi tourist centre area. Level plot with mainly conifers. Behind cottage is forested area without buildings; on both sides are other holiday homes. Levi centre and Spa 3,5 km, Levigolf 2 km, skibus stop 400 m from cottage, airport Kittila 20 km. Cottage is not for rental for group of young people (under 25 years) or for celebration. Electric car charging is not allowed
