Description
Spacious two-floor apartment has a livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and sauna on the first floor. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
It also has an alcove with a bunk bed. On the top floor there are two bedrooms with two separate beds each. Top floor also has a separate toilet. Both floors has their own balcony. The entrance is via a spiral staircase on the second floor. The apartment is located in Levi Center close to everything. Restaurants, cafes, shops, rental shops, slopes, cross-country skiing tracks and outdoor trails can all be found within few hundred meters from Levin Alppi. Levi Spa is only 500m away and Levi Golf can be reach by car within few minutes. The apartment is very functional and can nicely accommodate up to six people. Pets are not strictly forbidden. Penalty 250 euros. NOTE: firewoods not includes in price. Final cleaning is included in all booking which have been made on 1st February 2021 or after that (bookings made on 31st January 2021 or before that; final cleaning is incuded only on A-season).
