Description
Spacious and high-quality apartment in a semi-detached house near the Levi tourist center. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Three separate bedrooms, hydro-massage bath crowns the holiday pleasure! The hydro-massage bath will be available until the end of May 2023, after that, it will be removed. Kelo-log built apartment in Levi tourist center in Katka district near the center (500 m by walking, 1 km by car). Facilities are on three floors (living area 116 m²). On the middle floor, there is kitchen, bedroom with double bed, access from the bedroom to space where hydro-massage bath and shower are located, separate WC and covered balcony. On the upper floor, two bedrooms, both with 2 beds. Between the bedrooms, there is a lightweight wall with sliding door, bedrooms have sliding doors and sloping ceilings. Loft with sofa bed. On the ground floor sauna, washroom, utility/dressing room and separate WC. Downstairs there is also a garage, a ski waxing table is placed in the garage. The cooking hut is shared with the neighboring apartment. The apartment has two TVs (in the living room and in the bedroom). There are two showers in the washroom, one shower in the hydro massage bath space. Services of the Levi tourist center are within a short walking distance. The nearest ski slope is Eturinne located in Levi center 1,6 km.
