Description

180 km north of Rovaniemi, in village of Kongas 8 km from Levi Holiday resort. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".


Wooden, traditional two-storey house, built in 1957, renovated later. On the ground floor living room, kitchen, bedroom with 1 bed, sauna, washroom, dressing room and separate toilet. Upstairs bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 3 single beds. Traditional wooden sofa as an extra bed in the living room and upstairs bedroom, suitable for children. The house is suitable maximum for 6 adults (+ 2 children) since the two extra beds are too short for adults (bed length 170 - 180 cm). In the house there is ceiling heaters. In the upstairs stairway and in the lobby there is no heating. Charging an electric car or a hybrid car at this site is NOT ALLOWED. Traditional house renovated with modern facilities. Some old furniture and structures retained in the house. Located in the village, residential houses in the neighborhood. Nearby also a ranch and a reindeer farm where possibility to watch reindeers and also go to a reindeer sleigh ride by a separate payment. Also dog-sled rides available by a separate payment in a farm 2.5 km away. Experience village Elves Hideaway 1 km. Levi tourist center services 8 km. From Kongas access to Levi ski trail network. Road within close proximity (about 30 m away), so car sounds can be heard.
