Tunturinlaita 9 is an elegant alpine style apartment in the center of Levi and in the middle of nature. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".


The apartment on the third floor is a great choice for both couples and families. From the balcony of the apartment you can admire the beautiful nature of Lapland, skiers passing by or skiers cooling off on the front slope. The practical location of the apartment allows access to services even if you do not have your own car. An illuminated ski trail runs right next to the apartment, and the nearest ski slope is a short walk away. The building has an elevator that allows easy access to the apartment. The apartment has WiFi. Two skipasses are included in the winter season 2022-2023. It's not allowed to charge electric/hybrid car at this apartment. The nearest charging point is at Zero Point, 500 m from the apartment. NOTE! Next to the house will be built during the snowless period. This can cause noise nuisance to the apartment. The apartment has two cozy bedrooms, each with two beds. The main bedroom has access to the balcony. This apartment is practical and tastefully decorated. The living room and dining area are spacious, cohesive spaces. You can easily admire the views from the spacious balcony. The bathroom with sauna offers a great possibility to relax. The apartment also has a separate toilet. The apartment has its own carport and ski locker. A separate ski maintenance room guarantees active skiers a great opportunity to take care of the skis. The booking period starts at 16:00 and ends at 10:00.
