Description
Spacious and bright apartment in a semi-detached house. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
The house is built in the summer of 2022, and it is located in a quiet area in Levijarvi. The apartment has everything you need for a successful vacation. Snowmobile trails and ski slopes are just a stone's throw away, and the ski bus, that runs 500 m away, takes you to the ski slopes and the comprehensive services of Levi tourists in ten minutes. In the snow-free season, versatile outdoor terrains are very close by, and the wonderful landscapes of lake Levijarvi and small swimming beach are only a few hundred meters away. Well-behaved pets are also welcome in the apartment, a separate pet fee will be applied. This destination can easily accommodate two families, as destination Villa Galdu B, item number 15814, is also available for rent next door. The bright living room of the apartment can accommodate even a larger group, and the open kitchen offers facilities to prepare meals easily. On the ground floor, there is also washroom and sauna, separate WC and two bedrooms, both with two separate beds. In addition to small lounge area, the spacious loft has four separate beds and working desk for teleworking. Possibility to charge an electric car from a socket outlet with a current of max 10A (no extra charge, but note the instructions not to turn on several electrical devices at the same time).
