40 km to north from Kolari, semi-detached house, made of thermo log, built in 2019. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Ground floor 51 m²: Living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, washroom/WC, electric sauna. Upper floor 25 m²: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, hall with bedsofa, WC. Else: Ski maintenance room for shared use with the Akasmartti A -apartment, own storage, travel cot, high chair for a baby, potty, Wi-Fi Internet access. Neighboring apartment is Akasmartti A (14229). Stylish holiday apartment in the village of Akaslompolo, located in calm Martinsaari area. Ski trails and snowmobile trails nearby. The apartment is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Final cleaning is includes in the price. Bed linen can be rented.
