40 km north-east of Kolari, lake Yllasjarvi 3 km, swimming beach 4,5 km. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Separate wooden cottage, built 2007. Area 120 m² of which 15 m² on the loft. Well equiped kitchen, dining room and living room. Two bed rooms, one with two separate beds and one with two beds together. Loft with two separate beds and double bed. Glass wall separating loft and livingroom. 2 x TV. Electric sauna with instant stove, shower/toilet, separate toilet. Nursery equipment: feeding chair and travel bed. Storage room (20 m²) with car shelter and ski maintenance space. Car charging is possible from the Wallbox charging station in the carport. High quality cottage located in the Yllasjarvi village Iso-Yllas area. Location ideal for winter sports. No pets allowed.
