Row house apartment (built in2004) situated 40 km north-east of Kolari, total area 70 m² of which 24 m² on the loft. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Combined living room kitchen, one bedroom with two seperate beds, loft (24 m²) 4 seperate beds, sofa bed in living room, sauna, shower, seperate toilet. Downstairs 48" TV, upstairs another TV. Apartments 1-3 share one skiwaxing room. Children's facilities: cot, high chair, bath tub. Row house apartment in Akaslompolo village in Kaulavaara area (Koppelontie 2). Apartment is situated in peaceful area. No pets allowed. Final cleaning is included in price, linen are available for rent.
