Duplex cottage with identical apartments located at address Vanamonkuja 1 in the Yllasjarvi village Iso-Yllas area. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Apartments have capacity for 6 persons. Built in 2008. Downstairs 46 m² + loft 24 m². Downstairs 48" TV, upstairs another TV. Bedroom with two separate beds and loft with four separate beds. Well-equipped livingroom/kitchen. Electric sauna, washing room, separate toilet. Drying cupboard for clothes and washing machine. Children's facilities: cot, high chair, bath tub. Lockable ski storage. Ski maintenace room in shared use with the neihgbor apartment. Ski maintenance room can be heated. There are a ski tuning rack and iron for waxing. Additionally there are a kicking sledge and plastic sledges for children (in shared use with the neighbor apartment). Distances: Slopes 1,1 km, Hotel YllasSaaga only 1,1 km, Skiing tracks and snow mobile routes 300 m. Grocery store Eelin kauppa 4 km.
