Description
40 km to the northeast from Kolari, lake Yllasjarvi approx. 4 km, swimming beach approx. 4,5 km. 30,5 m² holiday apartment on the second floor, the house was built in 2019. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
There are living room/kitchen with a spreadable sofa bed, bedroom (two separate beds), washroom/WC and sauna (electric sauna stove) in the apartment. The housing company has a shared storage space including a laundry room (washing machine and two drying cabinets) and a ski waxing table. These facilities can be used freely. In addition, there is a storage cage for each apartment. The cage can be used, for example, for storing fuelwood and skis. Ylalansi is a cozy three storey loft house in a calm area nearby ski slopes and ski trails. There are 11 apartments in the house. The closest ski lift is Lansiraja (check opening hours www.yllas.fi). Final cleaning is included in the prices. Bed linen can be rented. Pets are allowed for an extra fee, max. 2 pets/booking).
