Description
40 km north-east of Kolari, lake Yllasjarvi 3,5 km, swimming beach 5,5 km. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Wooden row-house apartment, built 2008. Livingroom/kitchen, three bedrooms each with two separate beds, loft (10m²) with four separate beds, electric sauna, shower/toilet and separate toilet. No fireplace (although one can be seen in the floor plan). Basement level: utility room+toilet, heated garage. Good quality row-house apartment located in Iso-Yllas area near Condola and Restaurant Taiga. Location ideal for hiking and winter sports with skiing tracks and ski lifts only a few ski-pole pushes away. No pets allowed. Bed linen available for rent. Basement floor is partly unfinished and not in official use, but can be used.
