Note! There will be construction sites in the area that may occasionally cause noise nuisance. 40 km north-east of Kolari, lake Yllasjarvi 4 km, swimming beach 4,5 km. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Log duplex apartment, built 2009. Livingroom/kitchen, one bedroom with doublebed, loft with 4 separate beds, electric sauna, shower/toilet. In addition: dishwasher, water boiler and toaster, 2 x tv. Maintenance area for the skis, waxing and grinding. Area 65 m² of which 13 m² on the loft. Good quality duplex apartment located in the Yllasjarvi village new cottage area near the Maisematie scenic road. Location ideal for wintersports. Pets are allowed for extra price. Prices include final cleaning, bed linen are available for rent.
