40 km north of Kolari, lake Yllasjarvi 3,5 km, ski resort 2,5 km, swimming beach 5 km. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Log duplex apartment, built 2009. Livingroom/kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, loft 16 m² with four separate beds, electric sauna and washing room, two separate toilets (one dowstairs, one on the loft). Good quality duplex apartment located in the Yllasjarvi village new cottage area near the Maisematie scenic road. The apartment is located in a quiet area. Floor area 70 m² of which 16 m² on the loft. Location ideal for winter sports. Prices include final cleaning, bed linen are available for rent. No pets allowed. Distance to Kittila airport 40 km.
