Description
40 km north of Kolari, near the Akaslompolo village skiing tracks, address Maahisentie 5. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Log duplex apartment (built 2007) that has livingroom/kitchen with bed sofa, bedroom with double bed, loft (20 m2) with double bed and two mattresses, electric sauna, separate toilet and heated ski maintenance space. Area 65 m² of which 20 m² on the loft. Location is a peaceful place on the side of the fell. Skiing routes accessible directly from the ski maintenance room and it's possible to come down from the Yllas-Ski slopes straight to the cottage. Hiking routes also accessible from the yard during summer. Nursery equipment (travel bed, feeding chair, potty). No pets allowed. In addition: two TVs (TV in the livingroom has a card reader, the other TV is on the loft), DVD-player. Table ware for 8 people. 3G-network for wireless broadband connection. Prices include final cleaning, bed linen available for rent. Note: charging an electric car is prohibited.
