Description
40 km north-east of Kolari, lake Yllasjravi 3 km, swimming beach 4,5 km. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Log cottage, built 2005. Downstairs: two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two separate beds which can be put together) each with separate dressing room. Large livingroom/kitchen. Roomy, high lounge, utility room, two toilets. Sauna compartment: dressing room, bathroom and steam room (instant sauna stove). Two outside verandas. Fireplace. Upstairs: roomy lounge with a bed sofa for two and two extra beds, two bedrooms each with two separate beds (which can be put together), upstairs rooms have their own balconies, toilet and shower spaces and dressing rooms. All bedrooms have own TVs. The villa also has a separate car shelter, heated storage/ski-waxing room with equipment and grill hut (30 m2). Extra: Canal Digital satellite-TV package, home theater system, video projector, screen, internet connection + WLAN, children's bed and feeding chair, hydro massage bath, tumble dryer. Electric car charging station: Type2 22 KW. Very high quality cottage located in the Yllasjarvi village Iso-Yllas area. Location ideal for winter and summer sports. No pets allowed. Weekly prices also include bed linen, and available for rent for shorter reservations. The cottage offers great holiday environment for company and private use.
