Description
40 km north-east of Kolari, lake Yllasjarvi 3 km, swimming beach 4,5 km. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Log duplex apartment. Area 100 m² of which 30 m² on the loft. Livingroom/kitchen, two bedrooms each with two separate beds, loft with a large alcove with four beds, lobby TV for DVDs. Electric sauna, shower, separate toilet. Two porch, Wifi. Air conditioning, fire place and nursery equipment (baby cot and high chair). Homely duplex apartment located in the Yllasjarvi village Iso-Yllas area. Location is a peaceful area near the services of Iso-Yllas. No pets allowed. Final cleaning and fire woods for fireplace are included in the price. Bed linen are available for rent.
