New and bright apartment in the semi-detached house on peaceful location. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Services of Ruka ski resort and ski slopes are within 10 min driving distance. Facilities like ski trail (700 m) and husky farm (2 km) are nearby. 20 km to the north from Kuusamo, Ruka 7 km, lake Pyhajarvi 700 m. Apartment in the semi-detached house, built in 2020. Spacious living room/kitchen, bedroom 1: 2 beds and bunk bed, bedroom 2: double bed, washroom, WC, electric sauna, glazed terrace, car shelter. Pet fee 40 €, max. 2 pets. If you have 1-2 pets with you, please choose the additional service "Pet fee", - please. More information: Spacious terrace with hot tub. The apartment is available for the customers from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure, also during weekend reservations.
