Semidetached log house, built in 2009, bedroom 1 (downstairs): double bed, bedroom 2 (downstairs): double bed, bedroom 3 (loft): 2 beds, bedroom 4 (loft): 2 beds, combined kitchen/livingroom, electric sauna. Downstairs 103 m², loft 44.5 m² + large utility room 11.5 m². New cottage area between Ruka fell and highway nr 5. Nearest ski lift Talvijarvi, nearest restaurant Royal Ruka. To the skibus stop 400 m. Grocery store 1.4 km. Internet-connection (wireless 4 G) Additional information: Locked warehouse. Good unit for business groups. Note: hot tub and gas fireplace on terrace are not in use. Other distances: Oulanka National Park/Pieni Karhunkierros -trail 22 km. Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
