Description
25 km north of Kuusamo, Ruka village (Western Ruka) 2,2 km, Lake Talvijarvi 50m, shallow beach. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Rowing boat in shared use. Plank-built apartment, built in 1989, bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: bunk bed, loft (14 m², height 160 cm): 3 beds. Combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna. Row house apartment situated by the Lake Talvijarvi. Other row houses in the area. Additional equipment: Please inform the caretaker in advance if baby cot is needed (for extra price). Other distances: Oulanka National Park / Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 21km, Riisitunturi Fell 27km. Additional information: Skibus stop nearby. Grill used jointly with other apartments (a reasonable amount of firewood is included in the price). Nearest restaurant is Rukatonttu. The apartment's sauna and washroom were renovated in 2014. There have been pets until September 2019. The apartment has been renovated in October 2019 (bedroom cabinets and furniture remodeled), after which pets are no longer allowed. The kitchen and hallway cabinets have been remodeled in the summer of 2020. If you don't book final cleaning and don't clean the apartment well, the caretaker will charge a double fee for cleaning. Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
