Description
29km north of Kuusamo, Ruka village (Western Ruka) 450 m. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Apartment (built of wood/stone), built in 2007, situated house´s second floor. bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: bunk bed with third drawer bed (all beds width 90 cm), living room: pull out corner sofa, combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna. If you have a pet with you, please add also final cleaning service into your reservation (final cleaning service is obligatory in that case). In case cleaning is not booked in advance and there has been a pet in the apartment, cleaning fee will be charged afterwards with higher price. Other apartments in the area. Good view to Lake Talvijarvi, ski track next to house. Additional equipment: TV is Smart TV, internet connection (cable, speed 3Mb), hair dryer. High chair and travel cot for baby are available (client himself pick up from the storage room of neighboring building (E) and also returns them back). Other distances: Oulanka National Park / Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 23km, Riisitunturi Fell 29km, frisbee golf 250 m, downhill bike track 450 m. Additional information: Shared ski maintenance room in F-building. Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
