Description
10km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 18km, Lake Oivankijarvi 50m, sandy beach, rowing boat. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Log-built semi-detached house with loft, built in 1990, bedroom 1: 2 beds, bedroom 2: double bed, bedroom 3: bunk bed with spread out lowerbed, loft (19 m², low room height, steep stairs): 4 mattresses (in frames 1+1+2), living room, kitchen, electric sauna. Drying cupboard for clothes shared with another appartment in outdoor space. Entrance from veranda. Log-built semi-detached house situated on the southern shore of Lake Oivankijarvi. Beach is sandy and deepens quite quickly. That's why it's not suitable for small children. Additional equipment: Child safety gate upstairs. Baby cot is without blanket and bed linen. Iron and ironing board. Additional information: Mantyla is located beside cottage Harjula (9202). Grill hut by the lake (not in winter use). Beach and grill hut is in shared use of cottages Mantyla and Harjula. Sauna by the lake is in private use. Distance to the official skiing track is 4 km. There might be also a skiing track about 200 m from the cottage. Other distances: Oulanka National Park/Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 25km, Riisitunturi National Park 40km, spa Holiday Club Kuusamon Tropiikki, Angry Birds Activity Park and Kuusamo Golf 5 km. Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
