Description
11 km North of Kuusamo, 30 m to Lake Nissinjarvi (length 4 km, width 400 m), shallow lake with hard sandy bottom, pier, own boat. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Cottage is built 2007, located between Ruka and Kuusamo. Kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with doublebed, one with bunkbed, 2 extra beds upstairs, open veranda both upstairs and downstairs. A specific (electrig heating) sauna on the beach (20 m²) with lounging space. Reservations start at 17.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings). A classy 2007 built cabin with privacy, but yet close to services in Ruka and Kuusamo. The lake is good for fishing, the rent includes 5 licences for fishing with nets (client has to bring own fishing nets). A good access to snowmobile route. We recommend you to book final cleaning.
