Description
40km East of Kuusamo, Ruka 40 km, lake Suininki 7 m, Isokenkaisten Klubi 10 km (www.ikk.fi) sandy/ deep beach, shared rowing boat. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Log cottage built in 1991, bedroom 1 (downstairs): a bed, bedroom 2 (downstairs): doublebed, bedroom 3 (upstairs): double bed + 2 beds, alcove (upstairs): 2 beds, sofabed for 2. Combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna. Pets are allowed, pet fee covers maximum 2 pets. Excellent opportunities for all kind of hobby. The cottage is in the middle of nature by the lake Suininki. Additional services: Program around the year; snowmobiling, skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, hiking, hunting licenses, fishing programs. Catering to the cottage (orders from the Isokenkaisten Klubi). Meeting services: beamer, flipchart and overhead projector (Isokenkaisten Klubi). Addiotional information: In the summer time outside sauna by the lake. Other distances: River Kuusinkijoki 25 km, fell Kuntivaara 17 km. Kuntivaara is a fell, from which top one has a breathtaking view to the fell tops in Salla, Iivaara in Southern Kuusamo and across the Russian border. There is a 2 km long hiking path there. River Varisjoki 7 km. Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
